At Christmas 2025, Stala is supporting Save the Children’s work in Finland, which focuses on preventing social exclusion and supporting children and families facing financial hardship.
Despite Finland’s strong welfare system, more than 120,000 children currently live in low-income households, and this number is expected to increase by up to 30,000 children in the coming years. At the same time, everyday life has become increasingly difficult for many families, and a growing number of children experience a lack of basic necessities, including adequate food.
Save the Children’s local work in Finland provides concrete support for children and families across the country. Through Christmas donations, the organisation helps ensure access to essential resources, everyday support and opportunities for a safer, more stable childhood.
At Stala, we believe it is important to contribute to the well-being of children and families where support is needed most. Through this initiative, we want to be part of creating a more secure future for children in our home country.
