Right of exchange and return

All goods ordered from StalaShop are subject to a 14-day right of exchange and return. Please note that return- and handling fee of 10 € will be reduced from returned orders before refund. In cases of doubt, please contact the Stala customer service unit before purchase:

Returns are only handled when the package has a return number from Stala, for return you must contact Stala customer service. In Finland returnable goods may be submitted to the postal service for dispatch as "customer returns".

In other countries goods may be returned through the postal service to Stala at customer's cost. The original dispatch note or itemised invoice must be included with the returning consignment. The returned product and its packaging must be in reasonable saleable condition.

Prices and methods of payment

The current prices for StalaShop products are shown on the website. These prices include always value-added tax, even for company deliveries. Stala reserves the right to change prices and terms of payment.

The products ordered from StalaShop will be sent by the credit card payment or by payment through netbank (only in Finland), and the current postage charge will be added to the invoice total. For companies, the accepted method of payment is credit card.

Payments with Visa, Visa Electron and MasterCard

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) acts as an implementer of the payment handling service and as a Payment Service Provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. In payments made with Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard Paytrail Oyj will be shown as the recipient in the invoice and Paytrail Oyj will forward the payment to the merchant.

Netbanks

Paytrail Oyj (FI2122839) provides netbank related payment transfer services in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. For consumer the service works exactly the same way as traditional web payments.

Delivery period and terms

The delivery time will be about 3 – 8 working days under normal circumstances, depending on the season and on the availability of the product. For mailbox name plates the delivery time is around 2 - 3 weeks from the order.

Deliveries are made in European countries listed on the Shop. Sales may be made to persons under 18 years of age only with the written consent of a parent or guardian. Stala reserves the right to decline any order.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are based on order value and the destination country. Within Finland over 40 € orders are delivered free of charge using Posti pick-up services. Additional Posti home delivery service is available for an additional fee. Shipping costs for under 40 € orders are added according to the shipping cost chart.

Shipping costs for orders outside of Finland are priced according to order value and delivery zone.
Stala Shop shipping costs

Zone 1: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Poland, Sweden and the Netherlands.

Zone 2: Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, France, Greece, Great-Britain, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Malta, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Spain.

Method of delivery

The products will delivered by Posti in Finland or by Postnord in European countries listed above. If there is more than one method of delivery available to the country of destination, the customer can choose the service before payment in StalaShop. Stala reserves the right to change the method of delivery.

Guarantee and servicing

Stala issues a manufacturing defect guarantee (2 years) for products that it sells through Stala Shop. Should any defect appear in an ordered product during the guarantee period, then the User should immediately contact Stala customer service unit by e-mail at sink.sales@stala.com or by telephone on +358 3 8221 133. The User must retain the invoice/order specification received at the time of the order, as this document also serves as a certificate of guarantee.
